Don't trust them. At first, they gain your trust and then steal your money and just disappear like that. I was introduced by a friend to the app. I made 2 international transactions and the results were satisfying, but on my third transaction, I received the status that the money had been credited to my account, while it wasn't. It has been months and I've launched several complaints along with bank statements as proof and they're closing it without resolving. they're not even refunding my money

But over time, as I kept sending through the Barq app, I found it convenient because there were no internal transfer charges. I've been using this app for awhile and it was fine but I made an international transfer, it's now 7 days and it's still in progress and I've called the customer care several times they just give me inconclusive feedback and now they are not picking the calls anymore. it's really frustrating to me. the money can't reach and they're not refunding it either. am very disappointed
