This app is a bit useful, but clunky, and still missing a lot of key details, so it needs a lot of improvement. One thing I noticed is that when I set a digital signature, it won't go through even after inputting my MPIN. Also, some government services won't load, or fail to load.

What a waste of time. The app constantly fails with errors like "no internet connection" or "something went wrong" when trying to validate identity. After many attempts it was impossible to register my passport picture. I had to do the whole process again in the computers they have at the airport to finish my declaration. The delay sent me back the the end of the immigration line, so be careful if you plan to rely on this app.

Text size doesn't scale with settings making it completely unusable if you need large font. Too easy to accidentally select United States Minor Outlying Islands (UMI) as citizenship instead of United States (USA) because the list calls both of these "American" sometimes with no differentiation. Dropdowns are also input fields but a selection from the list is required and text that is typed in is not recognized. My mom could not enter travel plans and I have serious concerns of her travel alone.
