Pues wow. We needed something to pick up small things around the house on the floor. Basically, the kitchen and living room where we have heavy traffic. One thing I want to advise is not to pick it up when it's doing it first scan. it had something stuck, and I picked it up to clear it, and an error popped on the app. it was unable to save on what it scanned. It had to scan a new scan where I picked it up. Other than that, it's ok for clean.

love the app until most recent update. The app doesn't launch for several minutes. today I hade enough time to go to the restroom, do a load of laundry and the app still hasn't launched. I have tried uninstalling/ installing to no avail. I have to make several attempts before launches. Pre-update, it would open immediately when it ran up on my dog and vacuumed up his tail and was attached to him at the side.

Hello, could you please upload another feedback, or leave your email address in the comment section, or contact our after-sales email to explain the issue? I suspect that the recent network environment has been relatively poor, which might have caused slow login to Eureka and a timeout response.

Every time there's an update and need to do it all again. I won't be wasting any more time and only will do a manual clean. I must have wasted $600 in time to get the lousy programming to work. If your programmers are using a desktop, you need to check it in a smart phone. Shamefully I had that problem with a Verizon app, decided to go in Thu a browser in the same phone and succeeded in connecting. 8/9/24 Finally got it to connect. If updates keep it, good. If not, I wouldn't be a happy camper.
