The freenet FUNK app, and the company behind, are great and I am very happy of having decided of give it a try! Even though i don't speak a word of german, it was extremely easy (with online translators and a bit of patience) to use the app for setting up a new contract, taking holidays, displaying the tarif, the amount of data used... Everything is super clear and intuitive. Also the tariffs are very cheap and they offer a large flexibility with holidays to travel included. Good signal as well

Great deal for the data. Before, it wasn't possible to hotspot my laptop using a browser that covers the ip (for streaming some foreign countries news sites) but they fixed that, which is pretty cool. Reception/speed is quite decent where i live, but not everywhere in the country. My VPN shows some tracking attempts, as most apps do. All in all, this is great for anyone not travelling around europe a lot.

Still the best deal to this date for true unlimited data. Even though the speeds aren't the greatest and inconsistent and also, of course on top it depends on were you are/live... Just check one of the "coverage maps" before getting this. (Welcome to Germany - prices, speeds and 3G / 4G / 5G coverage is still terrible in comparison with a lot of other European countries.) Which in the next few years, will hopefully greatly improve after we got rid of 3G!. Apart from that, I haven't had a single problem so far, got the SIM card within one day and the App is working as intended... Just wish it wouldn't charge you on a daily base, but instead weekly.
