Since almost two months I haven't used the speed of 50Mbps of download speed stated in the contract. My Internet speed is always slow, ranging from 0,3Mbps to 6Mbps and I don't understand why. The chat bot is not helpful in trying to solve the problem.

Great app. I used the E-sim from them for the Internet, and it was really helpful and had a good signal, easy to activate. I think it's the best option for the Internet at the moment in Germany.

Back in the days I used this service for a year or 2 when PayPal failed instead putting the contract on standby or keeping the number like every other prepaid company they outright deleted it.. I lost access to multiple platforms like banking, PayPal and everything else that was bound to that number, don't use Freenet it's not secure and they won't let you keep the number, in that regard also dont transfer your old number.
