I really like the app especially it's option to select driver but the new update and the updated UI of app is horrible, previous one was easy and seamless to use but now you have downgraded to extra complicated one , even my mother was having difficult time using it. Hopefully you will go back to the good design.

Hi there, Indrive team! I hope you're doing well. I just wanted to kindly request the addition of a round trip option in the City to City Ride feature. It would also be really helpful if you could show the number of passengers in intercity rides. I would be extremely grateful if you could make these updates. Today, I booked a cab using the InDrive app around 7:30 because the fares on other apps were showing quite high. I thought I could get a more affordable ride through InDrive, but it turned into the nightmate and the worst experience I’ve ever had. As soon as I got into the cab, I confirmed with the driver, "The fare is 350, right?" He replied that he forgot to mention over the phone that the toll charges were not included, and I would have to pay an extra 100 Rs.
