Ratings and reviews

People call and cancel after arrival just for fun, simply because there is no cancellation fee, others use a glitch to order a long ride for unreasonably low price, not to mention wrong pickup and drop off points. And before advising me to reach out to support, I did ... repeatedly, and of course, nothing happened.. are you planning to do something about that?

I had a concerning experience using your app, as the driver demanded more than the actual bargained price as well as luggage fees. As a first time user, I don't know if that is the way of things using this app. I'll advise you do more to regulate prices and, or stipulate how much could be added to an initial trip price and for what could those add on be.

Drivers cancel the booking themselves and give false location and do not even come after wasting time. A lot of time is wasted in booking a cab through this application and the drivers also ask for extra money other than what they show. And one has to wait a lot while accepting the booking request, no one picks up the request.
