SolarEdge was installed by a company that no longer exists and although I have had trouble having the hardware serviced, to the point that I had to get certified myself to get replacement hardware, I can say that the app itself has always been easy to use and informative. I have had no problems with the app on a Samsung Fold 3, Fold 5, or S25 Ultra. So long as the system is running I get all the details I need.

wouldn't be able to rate it if I can never get it to work, cant get the app to get past the loading screen after multiple uninstalls and reinstalls, and the one time it did work I had to go outside the house and manually connect it to the inverter, and good luck getting anyone on the phone to help or get a service person on the phone, we bought the house with the equipment supposedly with a warranty but I'm guessing that doesn't matter since nobody will answer or call back.

It usually only updates once a day. If you're looking for real-time tracking or to be able to switch battery settings before or after a storm, it's useless in that regard. 2 stars because the UI is great. -3 since it's kind of pointless if you are only able to see the previous day and can rarely communicate with the battery. They automatically open and close alerts for my system frequently, and I've tried technical support, but nothing changes. Fix the communication bugs please.
