Forms don't load. Unable to attach electronic documents to submit claims. No info on how to access mental health resources. Just a horribly frustrating app but not surprising since it's for an insurance company.

The app used to work great. Now it does not. It will not let me upload receipts even though it is in the correct format. Chat function covers text so you are not able to see what you are writing. As instructed by support I uninstalled and reinstalled the app which did not fix the problem. This is very frustrating as the app is the only means I have to submit claims.

Was fine until latest update. I get to page 4/5 when submitting a claim and then the "Next" button does nothing. Uninstalled and reinstalled to fix the issue above, now it keeps saying invalid user ID or password when trying to log in. Both are correct.
