Ratings and reviews

Our first trip was very good, and the booking went smooth. However, when I'm trying to use my 'referral code' in my friends' devices, it's just not working, showing 'something seems to be wrong'. I tried to use the 'chat with us' in the app, but the 'Help' section is not even opening, showing some webpage error. Please fix it soon.

I had a terrible experience with redBus. The bus location updates and arrival time were completely unreliable, and no one answered phone calls despite repeated attempts. I waited almost 1 and half hour at the boarding point because the bus was delayed, with no updates at all. When we finally inquired, both the conductor and driver behaved rudely, saying, "Yahi time hai aane ka" (this is the time it arrives). If that's the actual timing, why list an arrival time that's 1 and half hour earlier.

Had a terrible experience booking with the app. The bus was cancelled last minute after making us wait for 2 hours past the scheduled time. The attendant told us to wait few more hours for the next bus or take another transport and get the refund processed. The customer service is absolutely abysmal. I have been following up for refund for so long yet every time they keep making empty claims for resolving the complaint within 24 hours.
