Ratings and reviews

Our first trip was very good, and the booking went smooth. However, when I'm trying to use my 'referral code' in my friends' devices, it's just not working, showing 'something seems to be wrong'. I tried to use the 'chat with us' in the app, but the 'Help' section is not even opening, showing some webpage error. Please fix it soon.

Unable to download invoice of the transaction for a travel. Tried to reach out to customer care through call, whatsapp, email everything. Its like the whole system is designed so that customer won't be able to get through to a support executive. Very frustrating. And I still haven't received any support, its been a week.

I booked a bus ticket by 11 am and money got debited and credited to redbus as well. But I didn't get my confirmation of ticket till now and I tried reaching customer support they are not available in app(it throws internal error), in call they are not available. I couldn't reach them out by any means. #WORST_EXPERIENCE. I won't even give 1 star rating.
