About this app

With the Spark Driver™ app, you can deliver orders, or shop and deliver orders, for Walmart and other businesses. All you need is a car, a smartphone, and insurance. After you’ve completed the enrollment process (including a background check), you will be notified when your local zone has availability. You’ll then receive details for accessing the Spark Driver™ app.

Ratings and reviews

I like how easy it is to scan batch orders and the fact you don't have to do them in a certain order. Too many unnecessary steps. For example, taking out where the package is located- the picture will say it all. Alcohol/medication verification could be simplified if drivers scanned the back of the license. Or, could be done from the customer's end. Accuracy of how long a trip will take- my trips always take longer. Add letting the driver know if the trip goes into a different state.

Very user friendly. Walks you through step by step. My only problem is that I am in an area where cell service is spotty and there is no way to continue your trip until you reach an area where you can get a signal, then you must call customer service to complete your stop before moving on. It would be nice if we were able to somehow manually complete the stop by uploading a photo of the label and item(s) delivered with the address. Overall, I like the app.

I remove 1 star for the shopping and 1 star for the gps communication. The app sends the nearby address and not always the correct address to the google maps app. The shopping app has you get the " perishable" items before the non-perishables. If I try to manually choose which item to pick next, then I find myself crisscrossing the store in a less than efficient manner.
