Ratings and reviews

App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

The idea of it all is great, I use it with 3 google nest cams. It works well on most occasions but it seems to fail too often. I cant download videos or it stopped recording the moment I needed. Im not sure what the malfunction is. I think if it could have the option for 24 hours or 7 days instead of the 30 day option it would help a lot because of the storage overload.

It used to be great. now it's garbage. I have notifications on and I won't get notified when my doorbell is pressed. It takes way to long for the video to load if it does work on an off chance, but to the point of being useless. I'm switching to an entirely different brand. I've had Google nest cameras for years for their reliability, hey just ain't it anymore. The assistant works when it wants and when I don't want. Its just garbage now.
