I installed Android System WebView Canary mainly to test how a couple of apps I use handle in-app web pages and login screens. It’s not the kind of app you open directly every day, but after switching to the Canary WebView, embedded pages loaded smoothly in the apps I checked. I also like that it updates frequently, which is useful if you want to catch WebView issues early. Definitely more for testing or advanced users than casual use, but it has worked well for my needs so far.

the webview version 145.0.7632.159 is broken and refused to render pages using system default font, switching to canary fixed the problem for me.

I've tried to run with this app but it slows down my phone. Gittery stops and freezing apps. I went back to the original app and it is much better. Maybe in time canary will be good 🤔 Funny it's frozen right now...😂...oh wait I had to go back and give it a star ⭐⭐.... STUPID LOL
