Ratings and reviews

The guide not only didn't show up, but blew us off on the phone and WhatsApp. There were red flags ahead of time, too, but we were refused any type of cancelation or refund. Support wouldn't refund us, either. They only offered us a discount on a future tour. This wasn't just a no-show. It was a waste of time and money. I do not recommend GetYourGuide and would encourage others to find alternative options. They add zero value and will leave you hanging.

it was easy to find tours to do and the prices are excellent. All the information for each tour, meeting place, what's included and how to cancel is easy to find. it was just easy to book because someone else did the research for you. the hardest part is to select a date and time that works for you, but you do have the cushion to adjust your plans, if needed, within 24hrs of your plans so it gives you a safety net.

The app sounds attractive and when I downloaded the trial they had interesting tours. Unfortunately they use an annoying voice with typical AI mispronunciations. I did select the option to contact me before issuing the annual charge but they did not honor that. Now I can't find any way to contact them to reverse the charge
