Ratings and reviews

You can see from other reviews that it changes your location on you even after you put in a pick up spot. Its extremely frustrating and the rider and the driver. We had many drivers pass us up as we tried to wave them down and none of they looked at the messages you sent to correct. Many times you wait for a ride and after a bit of searching, you finally find a driver and when they are a minute out, they cancel and you have to search all over again and wait even more.

Useless. Pre-booked a ride to the cruise port. Assigned drivers cancelled and reassigned multiple times. The final driver did not show, but marked in the app as having arrived at my location then cancelled at the scheduled time leaving me without any ride. Tried to setup a new ride, but no drivers accepted. I finally ended up manually flagging one down (same company) who reluctantly agreed to take us. No point in this scheduling app if it cannot provide the basic service it is meant for.

Even though you put in your address, like the hotel you're staying at, it will place your pin multiple blocks away. You cannot change it. When you try contacting help to let them know they clearly have an issue with the app, they do not respond. This app is very frustrating to use. I am forced to either walk multiple blocks in the rain or use a different app. Update: When they do respond they don't actually review the material you give them.
