Ratings and reviews

The desktop version could use some work. It's far too complicated to do simple things like load a subscription. It should mirror how we create items/categories. Everytime I want to do something useful it's like I have to go to pretty exceptional lengths of tabs, especially loading information. It looks but doesn't really feel user friendly as a business owner.

Terrible experience. If you are willing to choke down the price beyond using the free version be prepared for a clunky user interface, bugs. Saving the worst part for last, the support team. I have been back and forth on hold for 45 mins and they keep asking the same question over and over again. The answer is simple. I tried square kiosk, $50 a month and it wasnt for me. The application won't let me renew without it. Current phone call 48:53 minutes.

And again. you push an update. that deems the app unusable. "can't find connected device" which there isn't one. only fix is a complete uninstall and reinstall re-login. all the while my client is standing there waiting. this is the 3rd time. all the last updates did this. it updates to an unusual app. until i redo everything. wasting my time and my clients. this is very inconvenient.
