App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

This app works ok most days but it's still annoying having the Nest app and Home app mixed up together. It would be nice to use one or the other. Also my Nest (battery) doorbell camera is blurry all the time like the bandwidth is cut in half. It's almost to the point of being useless because the recordings are blurry now also which leads me to believe it's the bandwidth or some setting I can't control since the lens is spotless. The other 3 cams I have typically are clear.

I can't make video calls any more through Nest Hub Max. I've uninstalled the Home app 5 times & reset the Hub Max back to factory settings. I followed the instructions to set it up as if new. I can make phone calls on it but not video calls. The message I received is that something went wrong or there is a glitch & try again in a few seconds. Nothing. I would have rated it 5 stars in October but now no. I've spent 3 hours trying to figure it out just today. Very frustrating. Thank you.
