Ratings and reviews

cancelling the reservation was a hassle. I cancelled through the app nearly a week ago. I went on today and they still had it reserved. finally cancelled today but the app kept half of the reservation cost. even though they were the ones dragging their feet. the hotel said they didn't charge cancellation fees until the last 24 hrs. if the app had done what they were supposed to then I could have gotten the entire amount. will NOT be using them again!

I have been using Booking for years and always had a great experience. The customer service was great. If I had a problem, I could just call and resolution was fast and easy. Most recently, I had an issue with extra fees which weren't advertised. I called customer service, and it was an Ai agent. It refused to transfer me to a person, would not help me, and repeatedly hung up on me. I got no resolution and I'll be deleting the app. I won't be back to this platform.

says one price and boasts pay nothing until X date go to check out then it says actually you only get this price is you pay today otherwise it's plus 75 dollars. then after paying I got a pop up for airport taxi open it up and it's all in the wrong currency, not what I have set not what I just payed in not what's local but something else entirely.. a little dishonest and a little faulty. I've used it for many years and it just seems to be slipping in quality slowly but surely
