Ratings and reviews

I downloaded the app to book a flight and it automatically associated with an email I do not use. I tried to change the email, but "something went wrong" and it won't let me change it. I forwarded the emails with my flight information to the real email I use, but if something changes I won't get the info. You should NEVER let someone book and pay for travel without confirming the contact information!!! I've always used the website to book, and never a problem. Fix your app!!!

App is great, easy to use but my trip was canceled unbeknownst to me, had the insurance, and not receiving a full refund. I was given an alert but only one to pay off remaining balance a week prior. I forgot and a week after it was due Inoticed my trip was canceled and I called customer service. Even if I rebooked I would not not full credit. Will not be using Expedia again.

FIXed: One of my main go to apps... for trip planning and reservations... There have been problems on occasion where updates would not work well with VPNs Which is usually needed in Public WiFi travel situations... But, something I have seen for many years occur on occasion is now persistent and I cannot use the app I continually get the message on a blank screen "Too Many Requests Provisioned request rate has been exceeded" and I'm stuck... Please, please get to the root of this and fix it
