Ratings and reviews

There are 2 types of cars possible to request in the app - "rides" and "taxis". Requesting a "ride", which are less expensive, never worked because the app kept searching for available drivers. This even happened when we reserved a ride the night before to go to the airport. We got the confirmation that night, but the next morning the same thing happened and our reserved (and confirmed) ride never showed.

The app is fine, the service is terrible. confirmed a trip in advance, driver confirmed trip the night before. In the morning, the driver had cancelled, and the app spent 10 minutes trying to find a new driver. We ended up having to cancel and walk with all our luggage 10 blocks to catch a bus so we wouldn't miss our train. I'd recommend looking for another rideshare service instead of this one if you're in need of a dependable and on time ride.

In the City of Dublin, the app worked great. But getting just a little outside the city, it became a problem. Twice, we had prebooked rides, only to be stuck at a remote location, because when the time came, our scheduled ride got canceled because it could not find an available driver. I thought pre-booking was supposed to prevent that. Bad show, folks.
