Ratings and reviews

On the one hand, Expedia is very convenient. It has helped me book good hotels. But beware of hidden fees. Just got charged about 18.50 extra for parking at a one night stay at an otherwise good hotel. I see the fine print about 'mandatory local charges', but that doesn't tell me what the trip will actually cost me. If I have to do a bunch of detective work in advance to get an accurate amount... what am I using expedia for? I'm going to have to try other apps.

I used to like the app ok. Then frickin Expedia added AI to everything and made it so you can't turn off the virtual agent to get a human for technical support. And they took away the "email my itinerary" function, so instead of you try to "share" your itinerary, all it does is send you a link to the fricken app. My family doesn't want the app, they just want the details of my flights so they know when to plan time off for airport pickups and drop-off. It's trash.

Honestly, I'm not one to leave a review on much of anything! But I've used expedia to travel a lot to be honest! I've gone to Colorado, Florida, and even London 2 months ago! Expedia has saved me loads of money and I've rarely had issues. And the issues I DID HAVE, they resolved quickly and helped me find other places to stay! Honestly would recommend to anyone who wants to travel efficiently!
