駐車場時に便利と書いてあったので、インストールしてみたが、予約確認メールのリンクから自動で読み込まれる機能もなく、予約番号を手入力しなきゃいけない。しかし、入力しても予約が見つからないと… このアプリの意味があるのか？？？ １日経っても予約が見つからかったら、ゴミ箱に…

急にログインできなくなる恐怖。 何度試しても、「エラーが発生しました、もう一度お試しください」となって、安全なサインコードのメールだけが、山のように溜まっていく。(笑) アプリは全くの役立たずだけど、Web版は問題なくログインできているのが唯一の救い。 ただ、海外に行く際には予約情報を紙に印刷して持参しないと、どうなるか分からんという意味で、ちょっと怖いな・・・というレベル。

航空券と宿泊をセットで家族旅行の予約をした際、年齢の選択肢は大人とこども(0～17歳)しかないにも関わらず、なぜか小学生のこどもの予約が幼児になってた。 エクスペディアに連絡しても、こちらが入力したとのこと、入力欄にないのにどうやって？ときいても、こちらが入力したの一点張り。 航空会社に電話して、どうにか変更してもらえたが、こどもの機内食がベビーミールになるところでした。 また、ポイントがあまってたので、現地の空港までの電車のチケットをオプショナルツアーで予約、駅のカウンターにバウチャーもっていくと、こんなの見たことない、とのこと。 帰国しエクスペディアに問い合わせるも、当然のようにポイント戻ってこず、ひっそりとそのオプショナルツアーを削除。 内部のシステムがおかしいです。 追記、問い合わせの際、システムか何か変なので、調査するようエスカレーションしてください、とお願いしましたが、この回答みると何もしてなかったんでしょうね。
