App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

I decided to use an old model Chromecast recently for a non-smart tv to play Where the Winds Meet. It may even be first gen. Your app says it can't detect the device on the wifi network, okay, then how does it know the name I assigned to the device years ago on a different Google profile? The information is not linked in any way. You're lying and want me to buy a new device. I'm not going to. It clearly detects it, yet says it does not. That's so scummy, at least cover your tracks better.

I changed my Internet provider & when I tried to change it in the app, it wouldn't let me do it. I had to delete the app & reset my home mini before it would remove the old provider. The updated app is VERY frustrating to use. I've added my phone contacts in the initial set up after resetting & forgot to add the outgoing caller ID name. Now I can't find where to add it & Google results don't match the app layout Please help!!
