I was this bank for over 5 years. Never any problems. As it can happen to anyone, I have lost my phone for the first time. . Someone found it had access to it. Not only that they used my funds from Monzo, but once I got access to my Monzo account again, Monzo have decided to close down my account COMPLETELY. I was Absolutely shocked about the decision!! I'm sure I'm not the only one who lost something I don't recommend Monzo unless your phone and wallet is glued to your body permanently!!!

Please fixed. I can't get access to my account and my money.
