Ratings and reviews

I asked to change my booking date and was told there would be a small fee charged to my card. I asked 3 different times to make sure it was only the penalty charge, not a fee on top of an additional room charge, I was told yes, and told my total which I agreed to, (1 night +fee) never told there would be another charge. I was charged for a 2nd night and they refused to take it off even though I never agreed to that amount. deleting app. will not use again or recommend.

be careful, the advertised price may not be what you are charged! I was charged more after booking then what the total said and when I contacted customer support they told me "prices fluctuate all the time due to surge pricing so we cannot control that" even after the reservation is made! it was too soon to cancel and get a refund so be aware this is deceptive a business practice!

When I was booking, the app pulled up August rather than March. I selected the hotel, reserved and booked without insurance. Seconds after booking, I contacted customer service to reconcile the issue. They stuck to their policy and refused to assist. I know I made a mistake but come on. I will not be using the site again. I hope the extra $250 is worth the loss of a lifetime customer.
