Ratings and reviews

They switch to this onenkey cash rewards system. It's a joke. The "savings" cost is not really a savings, just a pr stunt to make it seem like you're getting a deal. Honestly, I usually just try and book directly with the hotel. I have gotten better rates, rooms, and overall better experience doing it that way.

Absolutely horrible experience with my recent booking. I booked under a discounted member rate. Two weeks later, my itinerary showed I would be billed at the non-discounted rate $28/night higher. Customer service said they can't help because all they can verify is current & past non-discounted pricing, not the discounted rate that change daily on their site. This is bait & switch pricing. But lesson learned, screenshot your discounted price when you book, so they'll be forced to honor pricing.

Beware! 25% hidden fees price inflation due when you arrive at the hotel after (supposedly) prepaying through the app! We would never have booked the hotel at this price mark up of an additional 25%. Customer service says that's not their problem. So, use a different, honest app to book your room and don't buy the "no hidden fees" claim on the site as it's a misleading rip off.
