I have no problems using this app at all it does what it's supposed to do, I always have found that it's easy to navigate and pay my bills and see what my usage is for both my electricity and gas, I recommend it to anyone.

Another app, constantly being updated because the Devs only do half a job to keep them in the money. Chat takes way too long for a human and the mixed up payment methods needs to be addressed.

Won't sign in, keeps saying "sorry, we're currently unable to access your account" I know I'm using the right password because I JUST changed it now thinking that my password was the problem.
