App works almost flawlessly for me when it comes to the climate start/lock and unlock features. I do however get quite a few (3-4 times a day) false alerts for windows being down or doors being unlocked etc. Very aggravating to have to walk out of the grocery store or at 10:30pm to have to get up and make sure there isn't a window down or the trunk release hasn't malfunctioned just for everything to be fine

I don't know how this has a 4.7 rating but it's driving me up the wall! I feel cheated to be paying for a broken app and I think all Hyundai owners are been cheated too. Just recently I lost connectivity between the app and my 2019 Santa Fe (it's not the first or second time), reestablished the connection and 2 days later it was lost again. Ever since I started paying a subscription I've had endless problems which were non existent when it was complimentary. Y'all need to fix this.

Edit: works now. App is okay (definitely not worth the subscription price). I'm also annoyed that they suddenly pushed the climate control start behind the pin number. I would prefer just using my fingerprint. Also, if you're in a dead cell service zone, this app this useless for car control features because it can't connect to the car. /// I have not been able to log back in for several weeks now. Error says network not available. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
