Generally, it's been a good app until recently. When booking to the Frankfurt Airport a couple months out, 3 of 4 legs there or back have been "canceled" (according to the app anyway). However, the originally booked train isnstill shown as available online. In two cases, the app not so helpfully booked me on a later train. Having to go talk to somebody at a station is annoying and getting old.

Previously, you could buy tickets for several people at once. Now, this feature has been removed, and you need to purchase a separate ticket for each person. The app also showed incorrect train arrival information: it indicated the train was 6 minutes late, but the train actually arrived on time, and we missed it because of this. Very frustrating experience.

awesome app! it helped me go where I needed to go and navigate delays and switches relatively well. Shame the transport system sucks and is always delayed. one suggestion I guess for the devs. If the app could suggest what trains you can go to instead whenever one of your trains is delayed or cancelled, that would be awsome. Would save a lot of people a lot of time and might actually make the transport system less frustrating.
