BahnBonus App: Points, bonuses, benefits.
With the BahnBonus app, you can conveniently take part in the Deutsche Bahn benefits program. At the same time, you always have an overview of your BahnBonus points balance and your status advantages and are informed in good time about the expiry date (of your status and bonus points).
Browse through our wide range of benefits, bonuses and partners at any time while on the go. You can also use the app to easily and conveniently redeem the bonus points you have collected for attractive non-cash prizes or support a social institution such as the station mission. You will regularly receive information about exclusive bonus and ticket campaigns as well as exciting special offers from our partners.
And very exclusive: all status benefits can only be used via the BahnBonus app. The silver status level can be reached from as little as 1,500 status points. As a status customer, you can redeem your benefits via the app and receive, for example, free drinks on the train, access to the DB lounges and free minutes with Call a Bike.
With the digital card, you also always have your BahnBonus number to hand to collect on every trip and many partners and as proof of your status.
Just start downloading. The login to the app works with your bahn.de account, you do not need a new account.

Ratings and reviews

Most things seem to work well. More sorting filters for the various ways to use the points would be nice (better on the desktop website). However, I've encountered one major bug: When trying to order a travel voucher, my Dutch address would regularly lead to an error with the prompt to try again later. A German address however worked right away. Please fix this for international customers.

The login button at the first screen doesn't work at all. I can display terms etc, but there's no way to log in.

Somehow I can never buy any ticket with the bonus points through the app since the last update in June. At every update the app gets worse.
