Ratings and reviews

The app was fine for like a month, now every time I go onto it the app says I'm "offline" and I can't access anything. I'm not offline, I'm on WiFi or data but for whatever reason the app doesn't recognize this so I have to go onto the browser and do everything manually. Also progressive cancelled my renters insurance after I paid my auto insurance fully. Not related to the app, but don't expect any communication on matters like that because I still have no clue why it happened.

The app does not update properly. I needed to pay directly in the app this month and while my bank was telling me the payment was declined (I needed to turn my card off for a few days) the app was showing my payment as processed and my policy paid off. Then it was declined again, same thing. Today (several days later) I'm finally able to complete the transaction. 0 stars tbh. Do better.

Never works correctly. I signed up for Snapshot to receive the discount on my premium. I have received several emails from Progressive over the past few months, stating that Snapshot hasn't been collecting data, and that they are removing my discount. The app is in fact collecting data. It shows my driving history as 5 stars, yet Progressive keeps trying to raise my rate. I have a hunch that it only "collects data" for bad drivers. I will be switching insurance companies once my policy expires.
