Ratings and reviews

The he app works. I can only speak to the find gas and emergency roadside service. Regarding finding gas I wish the app didn't require location to be turned on in order to find gas. There are many times where my location is turned off and I don't need location services but in order to find gas I have to turn it on. that's even though I know where I'm going for gas usually or at least the area. Gas prices are accurate.

I use my google account to login which you can't do in the app. In order to try to login via the app you have to find your membership number or insurance policy number and reset your password every time. Even when I log into the site in a browser to set a new username and try that way, the app spits out an error. It's literally useless since I can't actually access my account.

Like most users are commenting, I am unable to use the app after updating. Can't record journeys, request roadside assistance, etc. App automatically closes when I try to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times. I have cleared my cache and cookies, and it still doesn't work. I use the drive safe program to lower my insurance premiums, but how is that going to happen if the app doesn't record the journeys. Hopefully, there will be another update to fix these issues.
