Ratings and reviews

I enjoy being able to use Walmart+ to order my groceries online to either be picked up or delivered at no extra charge. Getting 10¢ off, per gallon of gas, adds up too. When I need to head into the store, the price checker and Scan & Go options in the app is very nice. Mistakes happen so sometimes items are left out of my order. The app makes it easy to return missing items.

Do not use their delivery!!!! One you'll only get half your order if you get anything. I signed up for monthly payment as I'm retired and have a budget. They charged for annual when it didn't go through they charged my sons account without his approval. Then said they didn't! Not even the same name as the one on the account, yes he paid a few times but it was not the default card and I had already cancelled. Do not trust them with your money. Shipt is half the price and the shoppers are sweet!

The app is decent & is actually very helpful if you need to find a section of a store you aren't familiar with. However, the shopping part is HORRIBLE. They rarely follow the delivery instructions, they rarely find all of my order, the last 3 times I ordered fruit it was rotten when I received it, and a couple of times my bread has been crushed because they laid the heavy items on top of it.
