Ratings and reviews

App can be useful but it asks me to login too many times. If I'm on a secured device, login shouldn't be needed that many times. And there's no Biometric login option to quickly do it either.

They terminate my account and gave no reason. I can't access information for my tax purpose. It dont make any sence!

Originally, I was not able to purchase labels within the app. I was able to print already purchased labels but could not purchase new ones. However, since the update, I am able to purchase & print labels. Printing to a thermal takes a tiny bit of work around, {save as PDF, my files, select, share to thermal printer} but nonetheless, I can print them! I love the convenience of being able to do everything without using a browser! Soon, I hope we can change shipping templates here also!
