Ratings and reviews

Decent enough app. The flow of the site seems to be very intuitive and they outpace their main competitor (Amazon) when searching for very popular products. It's quite easily handled on Best Buy, however, Amazon will repeatedly display the same vendors throughout the search results. On Amazon, the "Sponsored" items repeat again and again regardless of item relevancy to original search. Best Buy comes out on top in all these scenarios.

The Best Buy app has been changing rapidly as of late! Unfortunately, the app is getting slower and buggier at the same pace. The more changes made, the slower the app loads anything. I'm pulling down over 700 Mbps and the app responds as if I am still using my first 768 Kbps DSL connection! At this rate, it'll be loading at dial up speeds by Christmas! Some "tech" app, horrible experience!

Shopping experience is not great. Every time you add an item to cart you are forced to see a page of "essential add ons". Very slow search engine. As well as constant " promotions" In your face. Amazon does a far better job at its UI in its app, much smoother, and doesn't shove things down your throat.
