Ratings and reviews

Not too bad. UI is not the most intuitive. You don't get the moost information you get with other apps where you can buy crypto. Also, the graph and the money you have are not in sync, so my chart shows that I have around 600 euros more than the numbers show in the app...weird. Withdrawing crypto is also a bit strange since you cannot really withdraw everything, it always leaves crypto dust behind. Other than that, a pretty solid team and company behind a sub-par app. Bugs fixed, so now it's 4

Extremely basic functionality, no search function in wallet (have fun scrolling!) FEES ARE GINORMOUS! I paid 38.8€ of fees for buying 2000€ in YFI although I paid with BEST (supposedly 25% off). Due to all the captures, 2FA and email confirmations it took me over 40minutes to simply send from my wallet to another wallet. Not for day trading. Found a faster, safer and cheaper alternative. (5 coins/wallets are not working at the moment in their system right now) (See other reviews for more)

I have more than 10 thousand Swiss franc block on this platform. I can not lock into my account. I ask for the support service to change my phone number because I can not receive my login code ( this only happen with bitpanda by the way). It is now been 2 years that my money is blocked. I was not able to change my phone number or have my money back. I contacted the support service and they say that I have to contact my mobile service provider. ( I did so but they said that everything is working
