most of the times it works ok, although prebookings are sometimes cancelled at the last minute (how am I supposed to get to the airport in time then?). also, an update from months ago made the prebookings INVISIBLE. there's no way to access them from the app, no way to cancel them, no way to see the status. disappointed. and there's NO way to get support :(

The price was wrong and I had to wait in the taxi because paying was not possible before the driver restarted the app. All that only that the driver enters the price manually. You even have to accept the price on your phone, this is very inconvenient if you are abroad and you have no Internet access all the time!

Price estimates are way too low, and the response from Customer Service confirmed that the app systematically uses misleading fare estimates. Most recently, a 30 minute drive to the airport along the motorway cost double the price shown during booking, with no clear reason (such as duration, vehicle type, passenger number, etc.). The app showed €27-36, then the bill was €76. Really makes me regret giving traditional taxis another chance. Back to Uber, Lyft and Careem from now on.
