App still requires a lot of work. Tried to purchase a product and could not proceed to the payment option after entering my details despite multiple attempts to restart my order and my app. Occasionally, it would redirect back to the previous screen/tab. This happened as I was trying to confirm my trade-in device and ended up getting charged twice from Asurion as a result. Chat assist is also difficult to access. Chat tab on bottom was different to the live chat I had going during this issue.

I spent literally (and I do not use the term "literally" lightly) 4.5 hours trying to order through the app, add all the discounts, vouchers and so on. Countless unresponsive pages, after which you have to go back to the cart and restart the process. I finally did it, though, so not only I paid a fairly pretty penny to Samsung, but I also feel successful and privileged to have done so. Kudos for the sales strategy! Giving it 2 stars for actually allowing me to complete the order in the end.

Terrible app. Keeps sending me notifications that I have something in my cart, when I click on it's empty. Won't show items I've registered. Couldn't register my new watch 7, would not recognize the serial number. Seem to work perfectly when I ordered my new watch, went through no problem. (Side note)..Until suddenly there was a voucher available that wasn't showing up before I bought my watch. I contacted them and they said they will apply it and refund me. Still waiting. Website works perfect.
