Ratings and reviews

It's "easy to use", but UX is still bad. The time filters are terrible, and you're forced to pick from a fixed 6-hour timespan. If someone prefers to leave at 6:15am, it makes NO SENSE to display trips that leave at noon, but it would be relevant to see trips that leave at 5:30 (but SURELY NOT midnight). We should be allowed to set a min/max ideal time to leave from a slider. Plus the results list does NOT show how far the pick-up point or destination are from you, which is VERY relevant.

This app makes my unplanned trips completely hassle-free! It’s incredibly reliable and easy to use. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves spontaneous travel! You can plan your trip in advance if rides are available on your preferred travel date. Typically, rides are posted a couple of days before the journey, as owners often finalize their plans at the last minute based on availability and demand/availability of co-passengers.

Utility-wise, the app is excellent. Here and there, there are some glitches, including no option to set the route of your travel correctly and also the pickup and drop points. There is also the usual confusion that the duration that is displayed is automatically generated, which even after setting the destination time in the app is not getting reflected for users when they search and find the trip. Another issue is that when a person is being rated, there is no option to edit it.

What’s new

The price you see is the price you pay. Drivers now get a clear reminder at the price step: the price they set is final, and asking for extra money during the ride isn't allowed. New labels also help drivers stay within the recommended range. We've also polished the overall experience and fixed a few bugs. Safe travels!
