I saw a lot of U-tube videos recommending this app, but it is horrible getting access to a lounge. I tried it in Cancun airport & showed no accesss available. when I got there, the staff told me, the place was empty & available but I had to pay full price. in Ontario California, it shows available, but the system would not allow me to buy an entry. The staff once again said that they had lots of room available. It is a scam in my opinion. I was better with Dragon Pass.

I've just been refused lounge access on my account which has 7 months left on it, with 6 more uses available. I'm told this is because the card I paid for it with is expiring at the end of the month. This is despite me having already paid for the whole period of my subscription. It's a money grabbing scam. I won't be renewing. Update- They emailed me saying that if the lounges are full they can deny access. I was actually denied cos my card was expiring. Can't even reply to the email. Rubbish.

Priority pass is a complete waste of time. The worst company ever with the absolute worst customer service. They include priority pass with 2 of my high limit credit cards, and every time I try to access a lounge, I have to wait atleast an hour to get in. They allow you to "buy" a guaranteed spot for $9/per person if you prebook your lounge visit days in advance. They recently switched over from the priority pass card to the app (which sucks, the app developers should be fired immediately).
