With the PostFinance App, you have your finances under control at all times.
Carry out your banking transactions easily and securely – whether you’re at home or on the go. With the PostFinance App, you can keep track of your accounts, payments and investments. Access is quick and easy with fingerprint or Face Unlock.

All you need to know about your account at a glance
• Check your account balance, keep track of income and expenditure, and analyse what you spend your money on.
• Scan or upload QR-bills, pay eBills directly in the app and send money easily to mobile numbers.
• Documents can also be displayed and shared easily as PDFs.
• Google Pay and PostFinance Pay are available for convenient payment.

Settings and support directly in the app
• Adjust card limits, block or unblock your cards or order a replacement.
• Set up push notifications for credits, debits or eBill.
• You can also change your address or reset your password directly in the app.
• If you have any questions, the PostFinance chatbot will be happy to help you at any time.

Investing and retirement planning made easy
• Track stock market prices, access your custody account and manage your investment products from digital asset management to fund self-service and e-trading.


Digital vouchers and prepaid credit
• Buy or gift vouchers for Google Play, PaysafeCard and many other providers or top up prepaid credit for your mobile phone.

Security is top priority
Your data is optimally protected using modern encryption methods. For even greater security, we recommend keep-ing the operating system and all apps up to date. General information on security
• Keeping your data secure is our top priority. A multi-stage encryption and identification process ensures that only you have access to your accounts.
• Google Play Store must be preinstalled on your device. Manual installation of the Store and installation of the PostFinance App via this channel or downloading the PostFinance App via a third-party provider are not permitted.
• PostFinance observes the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation when collecting and processing per-sonal data. In all areas of its online product range, comprehensive technical tools and organizational measures are used to protect against unauthorized access, manipulations and data loss.
• If you lose your mobile phone and/or your SIM card or if there is reason to suspect misuse, please contact our Customer Center immediately on +41 58 448 14 14.

Important information
For regulatory reasons, the app does not support onboarding or sign-up to new products and services for people who are not domiciled in Switzerland. For customers living abroad, the app acts as a login mechanism for their exist-ing relationship with PostFinance.

After redisign payment templates are gone and they were quite useful, since in quite a few cases you need to define a static message to the recipient. In the main transfer view common recipients are shown, but the message is empty, so I presume it is not using the previous templates. After trying to use it more I came to a conclusion that it's one of the worst redisigns I've seen... It brings no value over the old app, which was usable and already had a pretty nice design.

Piss poor. This is the kind of rubbish that I produced when I first started writing code. First, payment scanning does not work well. After scanning one slip there are focusing problems trying to scan the next. I also had a 'misread' and money ended up in an incorrect account, taking over a month to get the cash back. Since the last update, the application does not open at all, which is maybe a good thing. Poor, poor, poor.

Worst experience with an app. After recent updates, biometric access is blocked. 30 seconds after logging in with card, time out error due to security concerns!! Scanned bills are gone! I called their center for literally 10 times since yesterday and hold the phone for plus 6 minutes; lines are busy! For business account they charge for this useless phone calls! 😡

What’s new

The app is now even easier to use. In the five areas of Home, Payments, Invest, Offers and Services, you can find what you need even faster.
• In the “Invest” section, you will find everything you need for your financial investments.
• The current notification feature “bell icon” will be removed from the home screen and can now be found under “Services” as a separate menu item “Notifications”.
