You have to report everytime you load some money in the app. Even when you have transferred it from your own account which you have been using to transfer money all the time, all they will reply is to upload a picture of the passbook with the updated transaction. I don't even know what's happening with my money and it was urgent that I had to transfer the money back to my home today. It's been 7 hrs since I transferred the money to their account but they don't seem to care one bit! Stay away!

Very unsatisfied with the technical support. It's been a year since I have used the app and every time I ask for an update about my account they just ask me some more questions to keep me waiting.

It's been 3 weeks since I made an account and im still not verified I messaged the supposed support services but I was left seen and didn't even get an explanation. Worst experience.
