Typically I never using a taxi, but because I was in hurry and have a promotion code for first trip, I decided to try. The trip itself was good, but at the end, when I had just a few minutes to get a train to the airport, the payment via app took a lot of time and then failed. Driver asked to restart an app and try again, because "it happens". So, I payed a full price in cash, because the app was resisting to work over and over again. With such an experience, probably I need to check other apps.

Three rentals so far. The first one (Miles) had no navigation system, but was smaller and more expensive than a comparable Sharenow car. The second one (Miles too) was OK. The third car (Sixt) wouldn't even start - telling me it needed some additive which if course I didn't have. The customer support hotline answering machine told me I would have to wait at least ten minutes. If it hadn't been for the second car, I would have deleted the app by now. I'll give it a couple more shots.

Terrible, do not honour vouchers. I initially loved having one app for all ride share providers. However, only a select few providers are included. They do not pass on specials from the providers, you will always pay full price. In exchange, they offer lots of vouchers for x% off. These are tied to so many conditions, however, that you hardly have any cases in which they would be useful. In the rare instance the stars are aligned correctly, they just ignore the activated voucher and delete it.
