One of the most unnavigable apps I have ever used. It constantly has bugs, topping up money takes you to an external site where that too has its own 'please try again later' bugs. The interface is terrible and needs to be simplified. The auto top up feature doesn't work at all for me. The packages make no sense, and in fact force you to split your 15 euro minimum into 10 euro for an okay deal and 5 euro for a terrible deal. Besides that, never signal. Not happy. Switching to another provider.

Hi Jonathan, are there any specific bugs you noticed when topping up? Did you try to top up via bank transfer?

Totally useless app, except if your needs are low. I am looking for the cost of the current month's phone calls and the information is nowhere to be found. It is only showing my data usage, which is great but I care more about the cost of calls than the data (I have 20 GB) . It is obvious that they are trying to hide the information about the calls cost, so that you have no idea how much you have to pay. Only Germans like this app, because they are used to bad customer service (Servicewüste).

Hi Dimitris, if you have a postpaid-tariff with a flat within germany, you'll find the prices into or from other countries in "Menü" - "Tarif & SIM" - "Details" (International Voice Standard and "Auslands-Optionen").

Cannot login on the app. keeps showing the login page again and again even after entering all login details . It keeps showing me this message: " Something didn't work An error occurred while logging in. Please try again in a few minutes. Note: You cannot log into the app with the O₂ Community Login. " Yes I have a tariff with you and tried registering with the login id in the app. But couldn't
