No good - unfair cancellation policy. No possibility to contact a driver more efficiently - like a phone no. or call, when the app is too slow or can't. Also very unfair cancellation policy - delayed flight, nothing I can do, and still I have to pay a fine. But the driver cancels me last minute, and I am left stranded?! All I get is my money back - and no back up option or additional fine for the driver. Ok for the driver perspective - but not from the passenger. Make exceptions possible!

This app makes my unplanned trips completely hassle-free! It’s incredibly reliable and easy to use. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves spontaneous travel! You can plan your trip in advance if rides are available on your preferred travel date. Typically, rides are posted a couple of days before the journey, as owners often finalize their plans at the last minute based on availability and demand/availability of co-passengers.

Utility-wise, the app is excellent. Here and there, there are some glitches, including no option to set the route of your travel correctly and also the pickup and drop points. There is also the usual confusion that the duration that is displayed is automatically generated, which even after setting the destination time in the app is not getting reflected for users when they search and find the trip. Another issue is that when a person is being rated, there is no option to edit it.

What’s new

The price you see is the price you pay. Drivers now get a clear reminder at the price step: the price they set is final, and asking for extra money during the ride isn't allowed. New labels also help drivers stay within the recommended range. We've also polished the overall experience and fixed a few bugs. Safe travels!
