Ratings and reviews

The updates have made the app worse. I really used to enjoy then old app, but since it was updated the new content and interface are very poor. 1. The sessions have no guide anymore and there is no progress. The old app would understand how many sessions you did and chance accordingly, with excellent voice feedback. Now it's just calibration and off you go. 2. The session doesn't end with the timer you need to look at phone and turn it off. This in turn impacts the data that is being recorded.

Had some trouble because the headband sensors stopped working correctly after around 3 months, but got a free replacement from customer service. With the new app update you need all sensors to function perfectly for all kinds of meditation - that was my problem. But now it's cool that you have more insights into all sensor data, regardless of meditation type. I still think that the device is quite overpriced considering that you need a subscription on top to use it fully.

Rating this app for 1 star today so it will to be noticed. The noise that had to help to focus interrupts. And it is very frustrating and disappointing. I paid for the device more than €200. And can't use it now, cause I didn't save the working version of the app and let it update. Please do something about it soon. What I tried: reinstalled, turned off the optimiziation mode, freed the memory of the phone before starting the app. The battery of the band shows full charge.
