Ratings and reviews

The app is very useful and well designed, and using the same system across countries is very convenient. I'd love the service much more if they'd have a lot more bikes then scooters (ideally just normal bikes). For me the biggest pro is simplicity, and reliability across cities and counties.

Trash. Scooter just suddenly lost power in a massive no-parking zone without the app providing me with a low-battery-warning. I was forced to manually roll it into a paking zone. The app should inform the user about a low battery and recommend a switch to a nearby scooter with a full battery. No idea how an oversight like that even happens if the ride is paid by the minute instead of by kilometer, bruh.

Garbage app that constantly tries to upsell you on their subscription service. Thanks but if I clicked that screen away 10+ times then maybe it's time to stop asking me. At least if the actual riding worked then we could still talk, but no, it doesn't. Edit: gave this service another chance. What a mistake. It still sucks. Never again!
