The app is barely usable. Very basic functionality is hard, and you are constantly redirected to register for MyChoice even when you are a customer. There is no way to associate tracked parcels with you, and simple things like permission to leave a parcel at the door are impossible sometimes. Overall, the app is in desperate need of repair.

the app is tremendously slow, and no it does not depend on the phone, it's effectively the same on a 5 year old one as on a fresh flagship. the service (parcel tracking) is also quite mediocre, with no updates for days and then all of a sudden your parcel is out fit delivery. but without live tracking, so just stay at home indefinitely.

I don't know what the developers are doing, but everything they change makes the app worse. Expect notifications, NOPE! Expect to open the app and see things coming to you, NOPE AGAIN! I haven't received a notification from UPS in a long time, like longer than six months. I added a tracking number the other day, the next day it was gone. I added again today but when I went back later to see if my package had moved, gone again! Essentially, the app is useless!
