Recent app update keeps getting stuck on photo backup causing it to keep uploading the same photo or video again and again. Aside from not completing the backup, it's killing the phone battery

I like the app but I removed one star for having to log in to view the offline downloads (how is that logical? If I need it offline it's because I can't login and now if I can't login I can't view my downloads). And one star for not integrating the downloads in the main folder structure with simply files available offline being marked as such. Would be much more logical to me. Otherwise, works well.

the photo backup feature is severely lacking. It says it completes successfully but if you check, there's often missing files that didn't make it and no errors to retry the failed ones so you have to look through the entire folder and find the missing ones. The bigger issues is it doesn't maintain all the directory structures. It does for some, but not all which makes even less sense. Makes it very hard to sort through and ensure all my images were backed up to my synology.

Dear user, I am sorry for the issue occurred, and we will fix it soon. Currently the workaround is: Step 1. Please go to tab "Offline Files" and check if any pop-up windows related to permission. Step 2. If yes, please grant the permission first, then check if photo backup still face any issues.

What’s new

**Fixed Issues**

1. Fixed an issue where the notification permission request message was displayed incorrectly.
2. Fixed an issue where uploading RAW files on Google Pixel devices could result in duplicate photos.
3. Fixed an issue where sharing files via Samsung Contacts could cause errors.
4. Minor bug fixes and overall stability enhancement.
