Used to be a great service. In the past couple of weeks the quality of the service has dropped, especially with the delivery of groceries, most of the time products are missing and the supermarket didn't bother to amend the order. Until today that meant a quick, pleasant conversation with a support agent and either a refund for the missing products or a second order to deliver those missing products. As of today apparently, you need to wait 2-3 days for a support agent to reply. Will stop using.

The app is buggy, if you have saved multiple addresses in the selection, it select the address it wants between them and even if you manually change it it still send the order to the closest address. Lost my money on the order because they deliveried to the wrong address, and the customer service doesn't help at all adn doesn't even want to try to help you! Use another delivery app if you have to!

I like the service but the app is super broken, it doesn't always let us know correctly what restaurants are open and when, it doesn't accurately display anymore where the delivery person is - they usually arrive at our door while the app says they are still at the restaurant. Worst of all, hours after the food arrives the app is still active on my phone, saying the food is on it's way. I can't shut it down or close it out, i have to restart my phone to get it to stop. This is really frustrating
